Judd weis

Board Chairman and CEO of Persensus Health Solutions

Judd brings 38 years of business leadership and health care innovation experience. His 25-year career at Procter and Gamble taught Judd how to drive growth by linking consumer and marketplace insight to strategy and execution.

  

As part of his role as the CEO of The Cincinnati Consulting Consortium, Judd spent more than a decade working with TriHealth (a five-hospital traditional health system) to create and perfect what is now Persensus Health Solutions’ Consumer-Centric approach to strategy and improving clinical outcomes.

  

Persensus’ methodology, PRISM™, has been used successfully across multiple use-cases, including dental health, since 2013.  PRISM leverages Psychographic Segmentation and a proprietary algorithm to guide the development of enterprise and brand strategy as well as the execution of highly persuasive marketing campaigns.

  

Judd has previously served as a Director on four other company Boards and served on the Board for Boy Scouts of America’s Dan Beard Council.

Michael Priem

Founder and CEO at Modern Impact

Michael Priem has been a pioneer and leader in the healthcare industry, bridging the gap between the impact of consumerism and innovations in technology for healthcare brands.

Additionally, Michael was the Chief Consumer Officer of Bright Health, building out the marcom, brand, and technology products.  While there, he helped raise $1.1 Billion in equity for series D and E while prepping the company for IPO. His aptitude for brand and strategic planning, new business ventures, large-scale project management and corporate development have made him a sought-after advisor to dozens of world-class brands – including United Healthcare, Samsung, General Mills, BestBuy, Target, Delta Dental, Williams Sonoma, Harley Davidson, American Express and HP. 

Prior to launching Modern Impact, Michael’s entrepreneurial career included leadership roles with a global advertising agency that pioneered many digital media principles, a publicly traded global consulting firm and his own boutique corporate advisory firm. Michael is also a founding partner of Snow Peak Capital.

Mark Marsters

Senior Vice President and COO at Reliance Matrix, President of Matrix Absence Management

Mark Marsters is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Reliance Matrix. Additionally Mark serves as President of Matrix Absence Management. Mark joined Reliance Standard in 2017 as President and CEO of Custom Disability Solutions, a subsidiary of Reliance Standard providing reinsurance and outsourced group disability operations to and through affiliated insurance carriers. 

In 2018 he was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, of Reliance Standard. In that role he was responsible for all client and customer facing service operations, including field service and client management as well as consolidated service operations like billing, customer service and broker services. Mark also assumed leadership of the company’s strategic marketing and product   development functions. Lastly, as COO Mark was responsible for the overall direction and profitable operation of Matrix Absence Management, an organization of almost 1,000 men and women.

Prior to Reliance Standard, Mark was Senior VP, Operations, at Cigna Group Insurance, responsible for oversight and strategic performance of Cigna’s US Group and Voluntary Insurance operations. This organization of more than 2,500 men and women nationwide comprised group disability, life, accident, limited medical and specialty lines, and leave administration services. Mark began his career with Unum, serving in escalating management roles in disability claims operations, contracts and underwriting.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Maine and completed graduate professional work at the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania, and Penn State. He is a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and has earned designations from the Association of Life and Health Claims, and the Health Insurance Association of America.

Patrick Trinsey

Chief Marketing Officer at Reliance Matrix

Patrick Trinsey is the Chief Marketing Officer for Reliance Matrix and the VP of Strategy and Corporate Development.

Since 2018, Patrick has been responsible for the strategy, product and marketing for the company’s value proposition and customer experience, optimizing products and services to achieve revenue and earnings targets, and recently led the brand unification of Reliance Standard and Matrix Absence Management, Inc.

Patrick oversees multiple enterprise functions including business development partnerships, product development, marketing communications, HR technology solutions, benefits technology partnerships, corporate communications and corporate development.

His passion is in the development of innovative HR technology integration capabilities and partnerships that create efficiencies for clients, and he has been the overall relationship owner for the Workday Software Innovation partnership that started in 2019.

Prior to joining Reliance Matrix, Patrick served as Vice President of Voluntary Benefits at Cigna, leading an organization of sales enablement, enrollment, benefits administration outsourcing, service and call center operations.

Patrick earned his MBA in Strategic Management from Temple University, and his bachelor's degree in finance and marketing from Drexel University. He is a life-long Philadelphia area resident.

Steve is the founder and managing partner of Armitage Advisors. 

  

In addition to serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives across the U.S., Steve leads the growth and development of the Armitage Team and firm capabilities. He focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent along with expanding the firm’s capabilities to better serve both current and prospective clients.

  

Prior to founding Armitage, Steve served on the leadership team at HealthScape Advisors.
